Surfing

What? Surfing is the purest way to enjoy the ocean. Newquay boasts world class surf at 6 top UK Beaches including the infamous Fistral beach.
It is truly the surfing capital of Europe and no trip to Newquay would be complete without getting wet.

Our lessons include all equipment hire and tuition with qualified instructors and the lessons are suitable for all levels of experience, from total beginners to those wishing to build on existing skills. The surf's up so get involved!

Where? Newquay Rocks Surf School, The Crescent, Newquay.

The easiest way to find this is to find The Walkabout and walk around past On The Rocks. You'll see the surf school on your right, just next door to the Sunnyside Hotel.

When? We run 2 lessons a day- 1 in the morning (normally around 10.30am) and one in the afternoon (normally around 2pm). These times may change depending on the tides and the conditions but you will be given notice of this by your rep the day before.

Who? Suitable for beginners of all ages. Suitable for confident and semi-confident swimmers.
