Introduction to MMA - Dirk Parker

Warm Up
45 minute session of Jui Jitsu coached by the current European Champion Raff Dos Santos, one of the few genuine Brazilian black belts in the UK.
Short Break
45 minute session of Thai Boxing coached by Akos Alacadis, a professional K1 and thai boxing fighter.
Short Break
45 minute session of cage fighting coached by Mark Rowlett, a professional cage fighter with a 5:2 pro record.
Short Break
Amateur tournament in the cage- pad up the stag and throw him in the cage- see how many rounds he can last!
Cool Down
Protein Shakes all round

Photos and video footage will be taken and available to you at the end of the session.

Where? Koncept Gym - above the Barracuda building in central Newquay.

When? Sessions are available 9am-7pm Monday-Sunday.

Who? This activity is suitable for beginners of all abilities.

Need to know:

You will need to bring your own gym clothes and mouth guard. You do not need trainers.
Food and drink is available on site.
